The TLF dashboard holds the results of all your feedback requests.

The dashboard holds the results from all of your feedback requests. It allows you to track your feedback requests for different campaigns.

You may have a feedback request that goes out to your customers once per quarter asking how they found your services. Another feedback request might ask your customers whether they would like to attend one of your events. The results from both of these requests are immediately at your fingertips on the Traffic Light Feedback dashboard.

Fully Customised

Traffic Light Feedback can have your corporate branding.

When sending feedback requests from TLF to your customers we feel that it's important your customers perceive the feedback requests to be from you directly. That's why you can change the branding and colour scheme of your feedback requests - even the reply-to email address sent with the feedback request emails.

You can upload a different logo per template and change the colour scheme of your feedback requests.

Multiple Feedback Templates

Setup as many templates as you need for your feedback requests.

A template contains the text sent out with the feedback request email, your logo and the all-important three traffic light questions. Templates may be mixed and matched with different customer lists to fully customise your feedback campaigns.

You can send out your questions as a fully branded email or you can send out an email instructing your customers to visit your branded online traffic light questionnaire. It's up to you!

Templates also define which of your team members will receive email notification when your customers click on the traffic light buttons. You can even send email notification to different team members depending on which traffic light is pressed.

Multiple Customer Lists

Manage which customers receive particular feedback requests.

You may have a feedback request that only needs to go out to a particular group of your customers. Thats easy! All you have to do is create another customer list and upload those customers to it. You can then use that customer list with your chosen template to send out the feedback request. You can create as many customer lists as you need!

Uploading your customers to TLF couldn't be easier. Just pop them into a spreadsheet and hit the browse/upload button. We even give you a handy customer spreadsheet template to get you started.

Emails that are sent from TLF are done so with an "unsubscribe" link attached. This allows your customers to unsubscribe themselves from the customer list should they not want to receive feedback requests from you in future.

Multiple Feedback Requests

Who receives your feedback requests, what questions you ask them and when they receive it.

Once you've setup your template and uploaded your customers to one of your customer lists it's time to put the two together! Feedback requests mix the template and customer list together to send the feedback request to your customers. A feedback request can be sent manually (whenever you want) or automatically after a period of time that you define; once every three months, for example.

You can have as many feedback requests as you need. This means that you can mix and match any number of customer lists and templates. It gives you a huge amount of flexibility.

Manage Your Team

Your team consists of users that may access your Traffic Light Feedback account.

Users in your team may use your Traffic Light Feedback account to send feedback and receive feedback notification. Users in your team cannot access the account settings, TLF billing invoices or add/edit users for themselves. They can manage templates, customer lists and send feedback requests.
