Upgrading From a Demo Account
When you’ve finished test-driving Traffic Light Feedback you can upgrade your account to the full subscription. The full subscription allows you to send an unlimited number of feedback requests to an unlimited number of customers. To start upgrading your account you’ll first need to login using the following link: https://www.trafficlightfeedback.co.uk/login
Once you’re logged in to your demo account you’ll see the upgrade link at the top right of your screen (see image below). Click on the link and you will be notified to update your billing address details before you can upgrade.
Once you’ve clicked on the upgrade link and your billing address details are correct you can proceed to the payment page. Enter your credit or debit details and you’re done! (See image below).
Once you're subscribed you can cancel your account at any time, there's no ties! You can view your invoices online too, they're in the account billing section of your Traffic Light Feedback account.
