Branding, Logo and Colour Scheme Changes

Adding your logo and corporate colour (color) scheme is really easy. You can upload a logo for each template that you add to Traffic Light Feedback. To do this, click "Templates" in the top navigation menu. If you haven’t already added a template, click "Add New Template". If you’ve already added templates, click on the template that you’d like to edit.

Inside the template form you can upload an image to go at the top of the Traffic Light Feedback request. This could be your logo or a letterhead image. Simply click on the "Browse" button and select an image from your computer to upload. When you’re done, click "Save".

Changing the colour scheme of your feedback requests may be done from the "Settings" section of Traffic Light Feedback. Scroll down to the "Feedback Requests" section and you may alter the following colours:

  • Font Colour - this is the colour of the text within the feedback request
  • Page Background Colour - the background colour behind the feedback request
  • Feedback Border Colour - the colour of the border around the request and traffic lights

Simply click on the small colour wheel next to each one to change it. Please see below for an example:
