1. Add your first template. Templates carry the text, logo and the all-important traffic light questions. You need to create at least one template to send feedback requests to your customers. Of course, you can have as many templates as you need! Adding your template is easy, simply click "Templates" in the top menu.
2. Add your first customer list. Customer lists allow you to group your customers for particular feedback request campaigns. Click "Customers" in the top menu to create your first one! Once you've added your first customer list you'll need to add some customers to it. Simply click "Manage Customers" on the list that you'd like to add customers to.
3. Add your first feedback request. Feedback requests bring your templates and customer lists together. Requests allow you to send out your feedback emails when you decide - whether it's on demand or after a repeated period of time, for example, once per month. To manage your feedback requests please click "Requests" in the top menu.
